We have a 30 day return policy, which means youhave 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.
Shipping is based on the weight of your order.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-6 business days. Processingincludes payment and order confirmation and packing for shipping via USPS orUPS. Please keep in mind that during COVID 19, this time may vary.
Order are currently shipped in the United States.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 business day or if yourorder has not shipped. Please notify us immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
The usual decline reasons are:
a. There are not enough funds topay for the order.
b. The billing address for the credit/debit card does not match the one you havein the order.
c. The CVV code or credit card expiration date you put in is incorrect.
An email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, withtracking information. You can also login to your account and check yourtracking info.
No, registration is not required to order from us, however it isrecommended, since your order will be saved & you can always login to youraccount and review your orders & tracking.
